Acceptance Architecture
As the author and creator of this architectural approach, I feel that definition is important:
“Acceptance Architecture is the creation of built environments that functionally and aesthetically meet the interior and exterior architectural needs of peoples identifying as neurodiverse through clever (not necessarily more costly) and well-considered design, construction, renovation, and identification of opportunities in existing spaces for architectural interventions that indicate an acceptance of neurodiverse human attributes” (Marriott, J. 2026).
